Reliving Past Lives - Past Life Regression by Per Hogseth
Who were you in your last life? Were you a soldier, a scientist, a nurse or a king?
A hypnotic past life regression can give you the answer to this and many other questionsrelating to reincarnation.
Books such as "The Search for Bridey Murphy", and television programs such as:
"More Lives Than One?" have made more and more people in the western world awareof reincarnation. However, for most of
the world`s population reincarnation and karmaare part of life and are generally accepted.
I vividly recall, many years ago in India, when a small boy related his story of a past life in a small village hundreds
of miles from his home.
Every detail of his story was checked out and found to be valid. All of this was printed in the newspapers without additional
comments. It was regarded as being just another proofor validation of something that everyone knew anyway. It is a slightly
different story here, but gradually things are changing. I ask everyone who comes to see me privately if they believe in reincarnation,
and a surprisingly number say "Yes".
Past life regression simply involves placing a person under hypnosis and asking them to go back through their childhood
to a time before they were born. In many cases the person begins talking about his or her life or lives before the present
lifetime, about their previous death and about the time between lives including the planning of the present lifetime.
The main reason why at least some of these claims must be considered as evidence are:
• the regression frequently leads to a cure of a physical illness
• in some cases the person regressed begins to speak an unlearned foreign language
• in some cases the person being regressed remembers details of astonishing accuracy which when checked out are
verified by the top historians
• the emotional intensity of the experience is such that it convinces many formerly skeptical psychiatrists who
are used to dealing with fantasy and imagined regressions
• in some cases the alleged cause of death in an immediate past life is reflected by a birthmark in the present
life.
WHY DO PEOPLE SEEK HYPNOTIC REGRESSIONS?
There are many numbers of experiences from past lives that can negatively affect us in this life.
Someone who is scared of water may have drowned. A recent example is someone who came to me because his left hand had
always been weak. Under hypnosis he related how he had lost his left hand in a sword fight. Once he knew the reason why his
hand had always been weak, it gradually gained strength.
Another interesting recent case was a lady who suffered from frigidity. Under regression it turned out that she had been
rejected by her husband in a precious life because she had been raped. Her husband in this lifetime was the same husband she
had had before, and she was repaying him by being frigid. Once she became aware of this, her frigidity vanished.
Possibly the greatest benefit of having a regression is the evidence that it gives that we are all constantly changing
and evolving. This can change our perspective on life and give a realization of why we are what we are, and also of what we
are supposed to be doing here.
Proof Of Reincarnation? by Pamela Glynn
When I was twenty and on the eve of going to Bern, Switzerland, for a year’s work experience my parents took
me and my younger brother and sister for Sunday lunch at their Golf Club. There, as we passed through the bar to the dining
room, my eyes met those of a man seated on a bar stool with a drink in his hand. I hadn’t seen him before and didn’t
expect to see him again.
But I remembered his eyes and the feeling I had as they met mine.
I saw them again most unexpectedly soon after returning from Bern, when my mother asked me to accompany her to the Club
while she collected stuff from her locker for an away match the next day. As a non-golfer I was almost allergic to golf clubs
and, having been helping in the garden all afternoon, was not in a fit state to be seen. But I went along to keep her company
on the strict understanding that I wouldn’t need to leave the car …
However, while mother was inside I remembered a business call that had to be made before 5 o’clock – and
it was now 4.45! Recalling that there was a pay phone in the Club’s lobby, I headed in its direction – bumping
headlong on the threshold into that man!
Well, within a year – despite his golf habit - we were husband and wife.
He was twice my age on our wedding day; not that this worried either of us. We settled into married life and from time
to time he mentioned his great grandmother – Gypsy Lee, the Romany ‘queen’, who before her death in 1933,
read palms for royalty. He said he’d never forget her funeral procession in Farnborough, Kent, attended by six hundred
gypsies from around the country. He also said that my eyes reminded him of hers!
It turned out that her funeral hearse, drawn by six black horses, had passed right by the hospital where I was born in
1940. Not that there was anything extraordinary about this.
However, for years and years I had had a recurring dream in which I was standing in front of my own – very elaborate
- gravestone. I had been alarmed in the beginning but by the time of our marriage I’d long ceased to be bothered. My
dream and I were quite simply interlinked and I knew the gravestone as intimately as if I’d seen it in reality!
Then one day, as we were driving through Farnborough, my husband suggested visiting his great-grandmother’s grave.
This we did and upon sight of it I almost fainted – for it was ‘mine’! From the tall pillars at the
sides and the two hands entwined to the rosebuds sculpted in stone … it was the very gravestone I had dreamed of so
often.
What a shock – and yet it wasn’t at all shocking. It seemed to make a curious kind of sense … and from
that day to this I haven’t dreamed my dream again!

Reincarnation And Past Life Regression by People Building
Sometimes we ask ourselves : Why am I here? Where did I come from? What happens when I die?
One way to look at it, is when we examine the process of sleeping, dreaming and waking, it resembles closely of the process
of death, intermediate state, and rebirth. When we experience deep sleep, to others we look like a dead person, finally when
we wake up, our normal powers of memory and mental control are restored and our dream world disappears leaving us with the
way we perceive the world in the waking state. A similar process occurs when we die, some say, the experience of the clear
light of death maybe similar to the experience of deep sleep.
Reincarnation is the belief that when someone dies, that person is reborn in another body. People have different beliefs
about reincarnation, one of them is that, we do not necessary come back as human. One may have been a spider in a past life,
and one may be a carrot or a parrot, so make sure you’re careful about what you are treading on in the future.
Some monks meditate all day long to achieve the state of ultimate bliss (nirvana) in order to escape from the wheel of
rebirth. You can prepare yourself in this life to be as sinless as possible so you can come back as a person, according to
some believers. Some people are able to regress to a past life under Hypnosis, recalling different reincarnation cases, seeking
the causes of today's problems in the experiences of previous life, explaining sometimes that strange phenomena.
With Karma, Reincarnation could explain why good things happen to bad people and bad things happen to good people, could
it be that we are being rewarded or punished for past lives actions? Most of us have experience déja-vu, which could be interpreted
as memories of past lives, when dreaming could be seen as a soul travel and memory.
For me, I think it is very comforting to think that way, it makes death not that scary anymore. All the answers are within
us. Though even when we come to the realization that the answers are within us, we rarely know how to access them. Perhaps
it is helpful to view every event as just an event, instead of treating everything as good or bad. This may be a disassociated
way of learning to notice the positive in everything.
How is Past-Life Regression achieved ?
Past-Life Regression can be obtained with a Hypnotherapy technique that can connect you with one or more previous lives,
which are relevant to a certain problem or concern. It also allows us to go deeper and see beyond the confusion and illusions
of life and offer a healing of the past life that resonates into our current life. The purpose of a Past-Life Regression is
to be in position to take the journey into accessing the hidden memories of the subconscious mind, not only from the present
life, but also from all the lives we have lived are stored. For the therapy to work, the client needs to believe in reincarnation,
as they recall everything during the session, the client maybe given a post-hypnotic suggestions to remember what has occurred.
Chronic medical problems such as asthma, allergies, Headache and much more may respond very well to past life therapy,
to eliminate physical or emotional pain is one of the reasons a person may choose to regress, some will be to diminish the
fear of death or maybe to explain recurring and unexplained dreams.
The reason why I choose to express a glimpse of reincarnation and past lives regression is simply because when I was
younger I suffered terribly from Death anxiety, and to my surprise, lots of people are. So my strategy today is to have faith
in that way of life, which makes it more meaningful and comforting.
There can be endless reasons why people are afraid to die. Death anxiety is common in everyday life and could happen
because of some past traumatic event, that still affect in some profound way.
Anyway, Hypnosis can be a useful tool in exploring past lives, going through a healing journey involving the experience
of an altered psychological state, which allows anyone to be more in touch and responsive to inner experiences, by tuning
into various levels of awareness normally not accessible to the conscious mind. To gather information about past lives, hypnosis
is by no means the only method that allows us to rediscover ourselves.
When past behaviour patterns are dealt with releasing blocked emotions, and guilt, giving us the opportunity to experience
insights and freedom, we might even become master of our own destiny.
So beware of the dog, it could be your mother- in- law in a previous life!

An Easy Way To Demonstrate Auras To Your Friends by Sarah Smith
Believe it or not some people just do not believe in auras! This article shows you an easy and fun way to demonstrate
the existence of auras to your friends.
I came across this method when I was studying metaphysics for fun. I demonstrated this to one of my friends. We had a
great laugh. My friend had never experienced anything like this before and was completely blown away by the whole event!
First you need to find two hollow non-metal tubes. The inside of a glad wrap or tin foil roll is ideal or you could use
a rubber hose. Cut it to a length that easily fits your hand. Next you need two pieces of wire. I like to use the wire from
a coat hanger. Bend each piece of wire to form a right angle.
Place each wire into each of the tubes. The wire should be free to move.
Turn off as many electrical gadgets as you can as these may interfere with the demonstration. Certainly turn off your
TV, computer and mobile phones.
Now for the demonstration. You may choose to do this outside in the garden but you can just as easily do it inside so
long as there is a bit of room and not too much clutter. Ask your friend to stand as far away from you as they can. The further
the better really as we don’t yet know where the boundaries of your friends’ aura are.
Hold the tubes with the wires inserted. Hold one tube in each hand. Hold your hands out in front of you. Very slowly
walk towards your friend.
As you slowly approach your friend the wires will probably move around a little. At some point the wires will suddenly
start to move outwards. This will happen as they interact with one of the outer limits of your friends’ aura.
It may take a couple of tries to get a real feeling for what’s happening. If nothing happens or you’re just
not convinced then you may be starting this demonstration already inside the aura field. If this is the case you will just
need to approach your friend from a greater distance. Once you get a feel for things there will be no doubt in your mind that
the aura exists as a strong field of energy surrounding each and every one of us. Make some kind of a mark on the floor to
record where the wires did their thing. Then swap and let your friend hold the tubes and approach you. If they were a non-believer
before they will soon be stunned.
You can also demonstrate how our emotions affect our auras.
Get your friend to think of something really negative or a time when they were unhappy. Ask them to hold that thought.
Repeat the demonstration outlined above.
You will be amazed at how the limits of the aura have shrunken as you start to step over the previously recorded line.
Now go back to your starting point. Ask your friend to think of something really positive or a time when they felt great
and were happy. When you repeat the exercise you will find that their auras have expanded. Sometimes this expansion will actually
be outside of the walls of the room you are doing this demonstration in so you may need to go outside into a more open space!
If you are a really keen student of the aura you may want to progress from this exercise. Once you get a feel for things
you can try just using your hands with the palms of your hands held out in front of you as slowly walk forward. It takes a
bit more time and effort to develop sensitivity but it can be done and anyone can do it. You don’t need to be psychic
or hold any special skills or talents.
I really like this demonstration because it’s simple, it’s fun and it works. It’s a great reminder
to us all that we are more than our physically visible selves. It brings up all sorts of questions. Do you walk around with
your aura all contracted or expanded?
What kind of health issues will walking around with a contracted aura cause you in the long run? What about all the
electrical gadgets we interface with on a daily basis? How are they affecting us? How does living in a very crowded city
affect your aura? Imagine walking through a crowded shopping area or along a very crowded street! You’re walking through
thousands of auras! How does this affect you? Should we be doing some kind of daily aura cleansing just like we take a shower
or a bath? Once you’ve experienced the demonstration above I’m sure you’ll be filled with your own set
of questions.

Language Of Dreams by Bonnie Moss
Dreams take us not into ourselves, but out of ourselves. -Richard Jones
Dreams hold us in fascination. It’s an experience that takes us to another realm of existence. We try to make sense
of it upon waking, that is if we can remember the dream. It’s not just you and I who marvel at the series of images
and events.
Scientists, researchers and psychologists have their own questions: when do dreams occur? What is the purpose of dreaming?
Parapsychologists believe that dreams serve as channels for psychic communication.
Dreams transport us into a world that defies logic, transcends time, space and physical barriers. Our dreams are our
own stories, a series of stories that are real in the dream world. We mingle with our long departed loved ones, alive and
very much part of our lives; celebrating with us, struggling with us, talking to us, touching us. We meet long forgotten friends
or acquaintances. We meet strangers.
We move in and out from one scene to another. We travel to places we can only fantasize about. We wake up shaking with
fear from a nughtmare. In dreams, we meet faces, we confront danger, we enjoy a celebration, we experience success or failure,
we have adventures. We wake up puzzled and at times confused.
NATURE OF DREAMS
Sleep is essential to dreaming. This is not about lucid or active dreaming, or induced altered states to trigger dreams.
Nor is it about monitored dream states in a laboratory setting. This is about the ordinary dreaming state we all experience.
Dreams that visit us in our sleep, our experience, our adventures that can go from the bizarre, to the sublime, to the ridiculous
and to disconnected events.
Sleep is a time to step back from the real world, from the anxieties, from the confusion, from the passions, from the
logical part of us, from reality. In sleep, we drift into a world that is spontaneous, into a realm that requires no logic,
no analysis, no express cerebral activity. In our dreams, we do not have to exercise judgment nor be judged.
Does the soul travel during sleep? What kind of world awaits us when we go to sleep and enter the dreams state? Are dreams
inspired by God, by some beings, by spirits from our past? Are we visited by evil or tramp spirits that are believed to roam
the world? Was the dream an extension of that movie we watched?
How can our spirit or soul mingle within a world totally different from our conscious world? Strong emotions find their
way into our dreams. So do our innermost fears and insecurities. What about shadows? Some events in our lives cast a long
shadow. Our deepest secrets may reveal themselves in another context in our dreams.
Freud and Jung were famous for their exploration of dreams. They had different approach to dreaming. Freud stated that
dreams do not reflect reality,it is as varied as thoughts in the waking state. He had a regressive approach to dreams.
Jung believed that the dream psyche passes a wealth of contents and living forms equal to or greater than the conscious
mind. He took the progressive approach. Jung spent years exploring his own dreams, thus providing useful information on the
correlation of symbols to dreams.
There is an increasing interest in dream interpretation and working with dreams. There is a connection between our dreams
and our regular lives in the regular world. Could we stop and make some relevance of our dreams and our reality? Dreams provide
access to our inner world. This makes it worthwhile to explore and try to understand our dreams, and perhaps find a connecting
bridge to our reality, discover those hidden creative talents.
Dreams may have a message to help us confront our demons, our deepest pain, or remind us of forgotten joys. Dreams can
also be precognitive, that is, it may warn the dreamer of the potential of unpleasant events. Dreams may at times reflect
suppressed or unexpressed emotions and passions. It can highlight sexual tensions.
A closer look at dreams may be helpful to our spiritual development. Some of the experiences in dreams convey wisdom,
happiness and beauty, as well as pain and sorrow Dream interpretation requires patience and perseverance. A dream journal
is a helpful tool and for future reference.
ELEMENTS OF DREAM INTERPRETATION
In his book: Let Your Body Interpret your Dream, Eugene Gendlin has these pointers as a guide to dream interpretation:
Experience and experiment the dream. Focus. It is not about trying to intellectualize the dream, but to experience the
dream and to feel it. Listen to the stirrings within, be open to change, be forward –moving.
Associations: Feeling - what did you feel in the dream, what in your life feels like it? Yesterday - what did you do
yesterday? What preoccupied you?
Drama, place: What was the main place in the dream? Have you ever been in a place like that? How did it feel?
Story: Summarize the story-plot of the dream. What in your life is like that? Summarize the events of the dream in two
or three steps.
Character: Who was the most important character. Were there unknown persons.Who do these people remind you of?
Working with characters: What part of you is that in the dream. What feelings arise when you consider a particular character.
What adjectives can describe that person, be that person, imagine yourself to be a particular character. How would you feel
and act? Can the dream continue? Vividly visualize the end of any important scene. Watch and wait for any changes in images
and feelings.
Decoding techniques: Symbols - think of symbols; what was that thing, what is it used for? Did you dream of a house?
What shapes and colors can you remember? Were there animals?
Body analogy : Was there any object in your dream that can be an analogy for the body?
Conterfactuals: What situation in the dream is specifically different from the actual situation? Why would the dream
make these changes?
Developmental Dimensions: Childhood - what childhood memories are related to your dream. Personal growth - how are you
trying to develop? Are you feeling stuck in a rut lately? Sexuality – could the dream be about your current feelings
or actions towards your sexuality
Spirituality - what creative or spiritual potentials might the dream reflect?
It is believed that Gendlin’s use of the body association in dream work has some precedent in the Gestalt method.
He took it a step further with the bodily sense and awareness.
As strange as our dreams are at times, dreams are real to us in the dream state. It is present and vivid, yet difficult
to remember when we wake up. We are puzzled about having been in another world in our sleep. The intensity of the relationships
and events which we actively take part in are forgotten.
Dream becomes a forgotten language.

Karma And Your Physical Appearance by Gary Zalben
Do you think for one minute that your physical looks and body was designed by God alone? No my friend, you have
contributed much work on it. With wrong thoughts and actions you will see faces that reflect much cruelty and bad actions.
You see your appearance reflects like a mirror of your past actions. You have judged yourself, not God so you will reap what
you have sown now and in the future. Be careful because you are your own judge and you will punish yourself through evil or
good actions. To free yourself think before you act.
If a woman is naturally unattractive and is jealous of the beauty of pretty women, she should adopt all the methods of
the beauty salons to make herself more attractive. If she has an ugly body she should redecorate herself with a million dollar
smile and a charismatic personality with mental and spiritual decorations. She should develop the power of being magnetic.
Few have this power of magnetism, but most do have some latent power within themselves. Magnetism is the attracting force
that like gravity draws everything unto you. It not only draws the right friends, the right wife, the right husband. But if
magnetism is wrong it will draw the wrong relationships and wrong everything else. A powerful mental magnet can attract a
human being from a great distance, irregardless of the barriers and boundaries. When one has mental magnetism connected to
the heart, borders mean nothing. In order to clothe yourself in garments of magnetism, you must learn to control yourself,
have kind words, positive actions and deeds.
There are three main principles to gain magnetism. The first principle is spiritual magnetism. You must eradicate hatred
and revenge by being firm and fair; this will make you more magnetic. And above all, to become a super magnet by transforming
yourself, you will have to come within range and associate with spiritually magnetic people. If you mix with the wrong people
their silent vibrations will affect you in the opposite way. As the monkey loves to imitate, you don’t want to be monkeylike
by imitating the qualities and mannerisms of others without being able to be real. The second principle is mental magnetism.
The sure way to mental magnetism is never be afraid of anything. Did you know that fear is nervousness itself? Your nerves
must be calm because your fear will destroy your initiative and paralyze the desire of producing successful efforts. Fear
cripples your will to fight in your conscious mind. No matter what your fear is you are never too weak to face it. God never
tests us with more than we can handle.
The third principle is physical magnetism. This will require you to rid your body of toxins which poisons your system
by weakening the energy inside you from flawed elimination, poor eating habits and other transgression that weaken your immune
system. When your body has been cleaned out or purified then your energy will show itself through your eyes and expressions
and your body will exude magnetism. Each time you move your hands or body you are ejecting magnetism.
You must associate yourself with successful people, so you may absorb their magnetism and remember it is not five minutes
or your money back. Prolonged periods of time will be required but blind imitation is better than nothing as long as the standard
is high. Do not associate yourself with lowlifes because environment is much stronger than will power. The wrong magnetic
vibrations of ill people can make you ill-conscious therefore it is advisable to avoid their company or remain stronger than
their sickness driven thoughts. Those who fail must not mix with other failures but with successful people. Souls of ignorance
that inhabit gorgeous bodies are tombs of flesh that cover up hideous skeletons. To live and be like that is the same as being
dead.
