Welcome to our website, many of you will be very aware of the art of "Meditation" but for those of you who may not be familiar with it we hope to enlighten you to its benefits. So "What is meditation"?.Well, meditation has been used since the beginning of time in order to seek "inner peace", by taking mental and physical relaxation. This may be done for health benefits, spiritual realisation, such as reaching a higher vibration in order to become aware of infomation given from the higher realms.Meditation can also be beneficial in helping a person become aware of their own inner feelings.Meditation is simply about "just relaxing".Many people are too busy these days working or stressing to even notice the beauty and joy of things that surround us, such as listening to the birds singing, watching wildlife in its natural habitat,or even noticing the changing seasons. These people who are always "too busy" are missing out on many of the simple pleasures in life. Sometimes it is good to just"STOP" what you are doing and take some time out. If you are not able to get out in the countryside then use meditation to take yourself on a wonderful imaginary journey to wherever you want to go.Meditation is about staying with the moment, being in touch with one's surroundings, even if those surroundings are imaginary whilst you meditate. There are many CD's around which will guide you on a beautiful journey. Some of these CD's will take you to a beautiful forest or maybe a remote island, you may be taken on a shamanic journey, where you may meet your spirit guide. If you are wondering where to buy these CD's we sell them at our shop in Prince George Street, Skegness.Prices start from £10 up to £14.We highly recommend all the meditation CD's as we listen to them all so that we can pass the information on to our customers correctly. How often should you meditate? is a question we often get asked, well there are no rules stating how often, it is purely a personal choice. How long should I meditate for? We believe that at least 20 minutes is required but you can meditate for as long and as often as you wish.
